Fee Policy

The magazine uses paid services for digital publishing, graphic design and participation in international indexes; Therefore, the authors who submit articles to our journal are required to pay 2500 TRY (100 USD for foreign authors) to the bank account of RumeliYA Yayıncılık Turizm ve Eğitim Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi (T. İş Bankası IBAN: TR79 0006 4000 0011 4001 1370 37), even if their articles are accepted or rejected. The payment document will be sent to the editor from the additional files in the system. Proof of payment must be submitted for the arbitration process to begin.  Authors whose submissions are rejected by the referees or whose manuscripts are withdrawn will not be refunded.
